The People of Point Loma Will Stand with Us, and We with Them
Land use zoning abuses affect every neighborhood. Last night, approximately 500 citizens attended a Point Loma community town hall to express their opposition to a 56-unit density bonus project, which includes no residential parking and is out of scale with nearby properties. The prospect of a 23-story building in Pacific Beach shocked everyone present. Our efforts will span citywide and eventually statewide. You can also connect with and learn from other groups:
